PROSPER EASE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. was founded in August 2024, with its headquarters in Singapore. It has established subsidiaries in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and other regions. As a key platform of the Group for the international market, it is dedicated to overseas project coordination, resource integration and operational support.
JDJS ENGINEERING (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. was founded in July 2022 and is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It serves as an important engineering platform of the Group in Southeast Asia. Focusing on M&E engineering, finishing work and hookup work for high-tech factories, data centers and other facilities, the company leverages the Group’s years of technical expertise and project management capabilities accumulated in high-tech factory construction in China. It has participated in the construction of sophisticated projects including Samsung Semiconductor, SK Hynix, Intel and Samsung Display.
Meanwhile, the company has built professional manufacturing and supporting supply capacity in Malaysia. Supported by its in-house manufacturing base, it provides production, processing and supply of engineering products such as air ducts for projects. This realizes coordination between construction works and supporting manufacturing, improving quality control, delivery efficiency and supply stability of projects.
Drawing on local resources and professional teams in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and beyond, the Group is gradually forming a development model featuring international platform coordination, localized operation, specialized delivery and integrated manufacturing support.

Suzhou JYX Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. is a general contracting enterprise for building constructions located in the economically developed modern city of Suzhou in eastern China. It was established in 2010 with a registered capital of 44.5 million RMB.
